Fit this new relay in place of the standard AMR2341 to your vehicle to solve this problem . Once fitted you press the stalk down so that the wiper wipes and then back off again, now count/wait till you want another wipe, switch the stalk down and leave it on, this timing will now remain constant till you set another timing the same way or turn off the ignition at which point the relay reverts to a standard 6 second wipe interval. Another bonus is that the wipers will now only wipe once following a short burst of washer fluid or 3 times after a long burst. This will work on all Defenders with the latching intermittent wiper stalk PRC7370 or AMR6106 HA onwards (stays down when pressed) but it will also work on 300Tdi and Td5 although on post 2002 Td5s the relay AMR2341 is located behind the speedo. Will not work with early stalk PRC3900 up to GA models
